Chicken for Linda!

It's going to get freaky – little Linda wants chicken! And not just any chicken, but made to her dad's recipe. Mum is ready to grant her wish, but it won't be that easy…

Getting the ingredients for the chicken with peppers that Linda fondly remembers from her childhood would normally be a piece of cake. Sadly, all the shops are closed down as their workers are on strike in the streets. You have to look for chicken elsewhere, for example on a farm. The determined hen, however, is not so easy to pluck! The case quickly engages other people: Linda's best friend and her aunt, Astrid, as well as the neighbourhood children. To top it all off, a local police officer gets stuck in a tree, a dreamy driver forgets how to steer, and in the kitchen, someone burns their dinner. Oh chick, let’s hope it all ends well!
