First job, first love, school, and a sick father. Teenage Lucie tries to handle all of that and live a normal life at the same time. But what does “normal” mean?
14-year-old Lucie’s life is different than that of her peers. Her father struggles with multiple sclerosis. They often order pizza and watch cheesy horror films together. After school, she works at a sandwich bar. Life may not be easy, but Lucie is doing quite well overall. But when her grades drop and it turns out that a social worker is going to visit them to see if her dad is taking proper care of the girl, her life may just turn upside down. As if that were not enough, Étienne, a boy she likes, finally decides to get in touch with her. The time of change is coming – and of hard but inevitable decisions.
