The beautiful mixed-breed dog Marona keeps getting into the hands of new owners. But the world of people can be complicated, at times too much so for the little dog, who wants nothing more than a loving person. Everyone gives her a new name: the acrobat Manole calls her Ana, the workman Istvan calls her Sara, the little girl Solange calls her Marona. Sadly, none of the owners are responsible enough to let the dog stay with them for good. But what if people were as dependent on animals as they are on them? Marona's Fantastic Tale is a breathtaking, fast-paced, and moving story told from a dog's perspective that will make you reflect on what we are like towards other creatures.

The film received the Fern Flower awarded by the jury of the Discoveries Competition at the 6th Kids Kino IFF.
