When you have no tail, life can be challenging. Especially if you’re lost in a place you don’t know! Will the lost cat find his way among strangers in a big city? Fortunately, being different isn’t only troublesome.

When a little cat with no tail shows up in Birgitta’s house, she feels overjoyed. But Pelle always goes his own way, like all cats do, and one day he gets lost in the forest. The dangerous road takes him to a big city, where he meets a bunch of colourful characters. Will anyone show him the way home? Before that happens, Pelle is going to become a stage star, help kittens in need, make friends with the cheeky Maya, and face a pack of dogs.
