The mBank New Horizons International Film Festival is a celebration of cinema visionaries who have the courage to walk the path they have chosen and discuss the most important matters using their unique language. Young Horizons and New Horizons share more than the idea of presenting exceptional arthouse films to Polish audiences. We are also linked by the themes of family relationships, coming of age, and seeking understanding and a common language despite the generation gap. We have selected three films touching upon such themes from this year’s mBank New Horizons IFF programme. Each of these screenings will be followed by discussions with experts, addressed to adult viewers, organised in cooperation with Newsweek Polska.
