Elizabeth, fed up with living in the jungle with her family, dreams of spending the summer in the city with friends her own age. But when her little brother mysteriously disappears, she has to face the wild and trust her instincts.

Zizi loves reading, school life in the city, and meeting up with her friends. Much to her dismay, she has to spend her holidays with her parents and younger brother Leo on remote Orchid Island, in the heart of the South American jungle. One day, Leo disappears without a trace, and Elizabeth is the only one who can find him. She sets off on a perilous journey, during which she meets an adorable flying furball, encounters three dangerous poachers, and uncovers the secrets of a mysterious tribe. Will she manage to find her brother? One thing is certain: this extraordinary adventure will test her courage, wit, and trust in herself and the natural world around her. The film had its world premiere at the acclaimed Annecy International Animation Film Festival, and it is the second feature-length film by the director of Jakub, Mimmi and the Talking Dogs.

Did you know that…
… the Pemón tribe depicted in the film really exists and still inhabits parts of Venezuela today? Although it numbers no more than eight hundred people, it still preserves beliefs about spirits and gods inhabiting the Tepui mountains.
