Dudley is a young frog who is always on the lookout for a chance to be a hero. However, his courage is put to the test when alien snails attack Earth. Will Dudley manage to save his pond and its inhabitants before it’s too late?

Dudley has long been a worry for his father, the mayor of the pond. The young frog’s passion is rescuing others from danger, even if the threat exists only in his vivid imagination. This is why, when he warns the adults about an invasion of alien snails plotting to drain Earth of its water resources, nobody believes him. No one, except for a group of likeable outsiders: Madge the newt, Freddy the toad, and Sidney the snail. Together, the friends will face the invaders and save not only their loved ones, but the entire planet!

Dudley & the Invasion of the Space Slugs is a humorous and adventurous tale about the power of friendship and the courage to believe in yourself, even when others doubt you. It is also a reminder of how important it is to care for our planet and its precious, yet limited, resources. The film premiered at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival.

Did you know that…
… frogs act as natural indicators of environmental health? Thanks to their permeable skin, they quickly react to water and air pollution. The disappearance of these animals from a given area is always a warning of a threat to the environment.
