Teenage Emilia and her family fled the war-ridden Ukraine. They began a new life in Belgium. The girl is learning Dutch – she still feels awkward when speaking a new language. She’s about to test her language skills at a climbing camp. She hopes to meet new people there. The new friends will help her regain her confidence both when climbing and in day-to-day life.
