Little Shih Tzu Cinnamon would like to tell Stinky Dog about her feelings for him but she can’t seem to pluck up the courage. She decides to invite him to a party. Stinky Dog agrees to come but he’s going to take his friend Flatcat with him, as always. When they arrive, the Great Dane door supervisor refuses to let them in because they smell like sardines. If they could only have a bath… Will the two friends get to the party eventually?
