Louis & Luca – Mission to the Moon

Luca is a lively magpie and Louis is a shy hedgehog. Together, they decide to make their dream come true and fly to the Moon. Space travel is no picnic, especially when you’re in for a series of surprises.

The space race is on. Crews from all over the world compete to be the first to raise their flag on the Moon. The bold magpie Luca and the slightly more cautious hedgehog Louis would also love to go to outer space. They are going to travel in a rocket constructed by their friend, who builds his bizarre machines at home – and isn’t always successful. A TV crew arrives at the site of their launch, and the whole country watches the preparations for their flight. Everyone keeps their fingers crossed and supports the brave and unusual astronauts. Will Luca and Louis fulfil their dream and travel to space? Will they be the first to set their foot on the Moon? Will they return safe and sound? This cosmic expedition will be filled with surprises!
