Jamie and Imane set off on a spontaneous trip to Paris. The journey of these two adolescent girls will be full of adventures as well as important life lessons.

Jamie is a slightly withdrawn, insecure teenager. After transferring to a new school for deaf children, she is feeling homesick and finding it hard to make new friends. When the teen learns that her beloved grandmother has been taken to hospital, she decides to visit her. A trip to faraway Paris sounds like a crazy idea to her, but with the help of the bold and uncompromising Imane, her schoolmate, the idea comes to life. Will Jamie and Imane make it to their destination? What will this very unpredictable journey mean to them? It's not only a story that brings the world of the Deaf up close and raises awareness of their everyday life, but also a heartwarming and universal road movie about growing up.
