The Boy at the Edge of the World

Brothers Omul and Mikro, together with their dog Tela, leave their seaside town and set off into the unknown. They have one goal: to save the soul of their sister Kimi, captured by Sadumea, the mythical menace of the seas.

From the very beginning, it is clear that this will not be an easy journey: the siblings have never got along particularly well. Omul is quiet and reserved, and values the company of animals above all else, while Mikro is rather impulsive. Their clashing personalities are not the only obstacle they face, however. The road to the glacier where Sadumea lives is fraught with danger. A dangerous she-wolf seeking help for her cubs, treacherous swamps, and a monster trapped in tree bark will make it difficult for them to reach the end of the world. To save Kimi, the boys must show empathy towards the creatures they encounter – and towards each other. Only then will they be able to bury the hatchet!
