The Websters: Spider Adventures

Lily, a little spider, lives with her parents, her brother, and her eccentric grandparents in the lift shaft of a human house. They lead perfectly ordinary lives: they go shopping, meet friends, share meals, and celebrate holidays. Sometimes they even try to fly to the moon, and sometimes, just like humans, they have to deal with unexpected changes of plan.

Lily is eagerly looking forward to the most important night of the year – a special celebration of gossamer season [babie lato], filled with family gatherings, shared feasting, and nighttime “flights”. When her father unexpectedly loses the ability to float in the air, the preparations begin to unravel. As if that were not enough, Grandma gets into serious trouble while out gathering food for dinner.

Instead of a perfect celebration, the family faces an evening full of reminiscing, extraordinary tales, and amusing anecdotes from the past. Through their spider-memory, they revisit a hilarious carnival, an unusual concert, and an epidemic that once broke out in the spider web.
