Sport is about more than physical strength – it also requires mental resilience. When Vilja, a young wrestler, hits a mental wall during training, she realises that her emotions are holding her back. Her parents’ divorce, a new family situation, and difficult feelings shake her confidence in her abilities. It turns out that one supportive person is enough to show her that emotions should not be hidden because if we retreat into the shadows, we cannot win a single fight.
